Our keynote speaker is Frances Croxford, Founder and CEO of The Seeking State. Frances is the founder of The Seeking State, a cultural consultancy focused on brand and retail strategy. Frances’ experience in the cultural, heritage and education sectors includes ten years as the Product Developer at Tate, translating the Tate brand into commercial, cultural, and emotional impact. She spent ten years as Managing Director of an International Branding Consultancy, before founding The Seeking State. As a leader & guide, her understanding of C21st entrepreneurship is focused on shared choices, creativity, responsibility, and humanity
