ALVA Council Meeting hears from airbnb and the team behind 'Poppies at the Tower'
16 February 2015: ALVA members attending the Council meeting held at the RAF Museum London heard the first 'behind the scenes' presentation of the story of the phenomenal 'Poppies at the Tower' art installation, from Deborah Shaw of Historic Royal Palaces and Tom Piper MBE, the installation designer. Members also heard from James McClure, General Manager UK and Ireland for airbnb, on the implications and opportunities for attractions of this iconic sharing economy start-up.
